We arrange an initial consultation with you to establish how your wedding plans are progressing
We will liaise with all your suppliers and confirm the details of their booking
Create and maintain monthly task list
We will make any "last minute" arrangements that may have been overlooked
Assist with the selection of decoration
We can arrange to be in attendance on your wedding day to liaise with your venue, suppliers and guests ensuring everything runs smoothly
Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, goblets, cake cutting items, guest book, etc... at ceremony and/or reception
Timely and consistent follow-up with suppliers on any changes of wedding plans and details
Deliver welcome baskets for out-of-town guests to hotels on wedding day
Provide a wedding day emergency kit
Prepare cake and meal for couple to take from reception, if desired
